Pre-Milling
Our process starts by face milling a solid block to ensure the face is fully parallel to the engraving plane, before the engraving process even starts!

Detail Engraving
Only after the workpiece has been accurately surfaced, may the engraving process begin. Based on the level of detail, a 60, 45, 30 or 20 degree carbide cutting tool will be selected

Post-Engraving Flattening
During the previous engraving operation, internal stresses are relieved causing the brand head to flex to a relaxed state, with the ends curled up. This final flattening operation, ensures that brand surface rests flat on the workpiece for a consistent brand from one end to the other without any fading
